Staying Active while on Lock-down PART 2
Previously I mentioned that I will be sharing ideas on how to keep active during the lock-down, both mentally and physically.
A few days ago I came across a 10 minute workout from Men's Health and I have been indulging in the workouts everyday in order to keep myself fit or I run the risk of not fitting into my clothes once the lock-down is lifted.
